The state of Colorado seized Little Annie’s Eating House on Tuesday morning due to its owner not paying $44,551 worth of sales tax payments. It is unclear whether the owner of the business, Ed Dingilian, will pay the delinquent taxes and if the popular 41-year-old establishment will re-open. Andre Salvail/The Aspen Times Closed: A sign posted today by the Colorado Department of Revenue states that Aspen restaurant institution Little Annie's has been shuttered over an alleged failure to pay more than $44,000 in sales taxes.
